Just to get it out of the way before people start uploading, requesting, and complaining about it not being posted... the Fallout 3 manual will not be made available on replacementdocs due to Bethesda's draconian embargo on their manuals. So, if you want to see it up here you'll need to contact Bethesda requesting that they change their stance on this topic. This isn't unheard of as Blizzard has changed their stance in the past. Blizzard also previously wanted all of their docs removed. Until I hear otherwise from Bethesda, though, there will be no Fallout 3 docs. Sorry.

Fallout 3's Steam page still has a link to the manual; you don't even need to be logged in to access it. This is the only Bethesda game on Steam, however, so those wanting manuals for their other games are out of luck.
